Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your loaf, the session covers troubleshooting common issues like underproofing, sticky dough, and inconsistent rise, plus tips on temperature control. Each participant gets guided practice with their own portion of dough, a take-home starter maintenance guide, and recipes for variations such as whole wheat, rye, and flavored inclusions. By the end of class you'll leave confident to bake reliably at home and tweak recipes to suit your kitchen and taste.
