SOCIAL is where creativity and aesthetic natural light come together. With just under 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, it’s the perfect setting for intimate events, creative gatherings, and photography or videography studio rentals.

More than a venue, SOCIAL is a place to connect. Through monthly ticketed events, we invite the community to experience the space in meaningful ways. From floral design and cookie decorating classes to yoga sessions, mommy-and-me tea parties, and quarterly mini photo sessions hosted by Davis & Co. Photography.

At its core, SOCIAL is a blank canvas for creatives and visionaries. Designed with intention, led by empathy, and fueled by creativity, our space exists to help bring your event, workshop, or photoshoot to life in a way that feels effortless, inspiring, and unforgettable.

Hey, I’m Caraline,

The owner of Davis & Co Photography, a Tyler-based photography team, and now Social!

I have been photographing for over five years, with the last three and a half years professionally, and am known for my documentary-style approach that focuses on genuine, in-between moments and candid connection. My work is rooted in capturing what’s real rather than overly posed, creating images that feel both timeless and deeply personal.

Outside of the studio, I am married to my junior high sweetheart and am a proud mom to a three-year-old daughter. I also work a few hours each week as a neuro physical therapist assistant, bringing a thoughtful, people-centered approach to everything I do, both in healthcare and behind the camera. I can’t wait to share this space with you!

Our goal at Social is to empower creatives and entrepreneurs to turn vision into art, whether the project is a photoshoot or a social event. Social was founded for creators, founders, and entrepreneurial thinkers who want more than just good bones; they want a cohesive aesthetic space to bring their visions to life.

  • Full access to the studio during your time

  • Yes, alcohol is allowed for self-service only.

    We do not provide bartending services

    All alcohol must be served by the host/guests

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

    We recommend simple, easy-to-serve options like:

    Finger foods

    Catering trays

    Sandwiches, fruit, desserts, etc.

    We will have a food warming mat, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer for your convenience.

  • Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.

  • No, all setup, decorating, and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise arranged. We do have event coordinators and decorators on staff if you would like to add this to your reservation. We have a client closet with some decor that you are welcome to use.
